How many weapons are in Farever?

Around 100+ unique weapons across 10 families in the May 2026 EA build. The list above covers every meta-relevant weapon — the rest are mostly cosmetic re-skins.

Best weapon in Farever by class?

Warrior: Ember-Forged Greatsword. Ranger: Heartwood Longbow. Mage: Aether-Laced Robe Staff. Mystic: Tome of Three Pillars. All four are level 25+ purple-rarity endgame drops.

How do weapon types work?

There are 10 weapon families. Each family belongs to one or more classes. Your active skills come from your equipped weapon — swapping weapons changes your kit on the fly.

Can any class use any weapon in Farever?

No. Weapons are class-gated. A Mage cannot equip a Greatsword. But many weapons span two classes (e.g. Sword & Shield works for both Warrior and Mystic).
