- Warrior — Crabgantua's Pincer (greatsword) for raw stagger; Heart-Forged Blade for single-target boss DPS
- Ranger — Goldleaf Bow for pure damage; Stormhold Bow as the cheaper bridge weapon
- Mage — Naya Staff is the first real power spike; no S-tier Mage weapon exists in EA yet
- Mystic — Wraithwind Tome for support builds; Heart-Forged Blade or Ashen Spear for hybrid damage
Best Farever weapon for new players
Don't chase S-tier weapons in your first 10 hours. Equip the Aerie Talisman + Wand combo or the starter weapon from your tutorial, and focus on weapon mastery levels — leveling a B-tier weapon to mastery 5 outperforms a fresh S-tier at mastery 1.
Weapon mastery matters more than tier
Each weapon in Farever has its own mastery track (1–10). Mastery levels grant passive bonuses that often eclipse base tier differences. Pick a weapon you enjoy and level it — the meta will catch up to you.

What is the best weapon in Farever right now?
For raw stat ceiling, the Heart-Forged Blade or Crabgantua's Pincer. For new and mid-game players, the Stormhold Greatsword and Wraithwind Tome offer the best value-per-effort.
Will the Farever weapon meta change?
Yes — balance patches are monthly during EA. Expect Mage staves to be buffed (Mage has no current S-tier weapon) and Crabgantua's Pincer to potentially be nerfed.
