Universal Farever boss tips

  • Cooked food before every boss — it's the difference between a clear and a wipe
  • Carry two weapons — boss patterns reward weapon swap windows
  • Stagger resets boss aggro briefly. Use this to peel for a low-HP party member
  • Dodge laterally, not back — most Farever boss attacks track forward
  • Don't over-greed heavy attacks — interrupt windows are short in EA boss design

Hardest Farever boss right now

The Heart of Autumn is currently the hardest fight in Farever. It's a 3-phase encounter with a strict gear bar (tier-3+ weapon, mastery 4+, magic-resist 35%+). Solo clears exist but require ~80 hours of optimisation. Trio is recommended.

Easiest first boss kill

The Aerie Drake in Sunken Aerie is the gentlest intro. Recommended for level 4–7 with any class. Plan ~15 minutes for a clean clear once you know the dive-bomb tell.

World boss — Crabgantua

Crabgantua spawns roughly every 90 minutes per server on the south coast of Skyover Island. Trio recommended. The unique drop, Crabgantua's Pincer (greatsword), is one of the best EA weapons — read the full Crabgantua walkthrough.

FAQ — Farever bosses

How many bosses are there in Farever?

9 in total: 8 dungeon bosses (4 in Skyover + 4 in Autumn) plus 1 world boss (Crabgantua). More are planned for the Q3 2026 content drop.

What is the level cap for Farever bosses?

The current EA level cap is 20. The Heart of Autumn at Lv 18+ is the gear-check fight that defines "endgame" today.

Can you solo every Farever boss?

Technically yes, every boss has a solo clear. Practically: the first 6 are reasonable solo with good gear; the Ashen Twins and Heart of Autumn solo clears are top-1% content.
