Farever FAQ

Is Farever free to play?
No. Farever is a paid Early Access title at $17.99 USD on Steam. There is no free-to-play tier.
Can I play Farever solo?
Yes. Every dungeon scales to party size and the game is fully completable solo, although duos are the most efficient XP setup.
Does Farever have PvP?
Not at Early Access launch. Shiro Games has not committed to a PvP mode in the published roadmap. Expect PvE focus.
Is there crossplay?
Farever is currently PC-only on Steam, so crossplay does not apply yet. Console versions have not been announced.
Is the game always online?

How big is the world?
EA ships with two regions — Skyover Island and the Valley of the Eternal Autumn — with more biomes planned during EA.
How long is Early Access?
Approximately one year, per Shiro Games' published statement.
Can I refund?
Yes, via the standard Steam 2-hour / 14-day refund policy.

Will the price go up at 1.0?
Likely. Buying during EA is the cheapest way in.
Is there controller support?
Yes, full controller support is available on PC.
What engine does Farever use?
Shiro Games' in-house Heaps engine, the same tech behind Northgard and Wartales.
