Farever Beginner Guide
Everything a new adventurer in Siagarta needs to know in their first 5 hours.
1. Pick the right starter class
Farever has four classes that you can mix freely. For a smooth first run we recommend the Warrior (high survivability, simple combos) or the Ranger (kite enemies safely from a distance). You are never locked in — equipping a different weapon retrains a different skill set, GW2-style.
2. Grab the free mount early
Once you reach the first town hub on Skyover Island, talk to the stable-master to claim the free starter mount. It cuts travel time across the island roughly in half and is critical for catching dynamic world events before they end.
3. Understand weapon skills
Each weapon you equip grants its own kit of active skills. Using the weapon levels its mastery, and at higher mastery you unlock stronger variants. Carry at least two weapons at all times so you can swap mid-fight to break enemy guards.
4. Stack the right early stats
- Stamina — the most important stat for solo play; powers dodges and heavy attacks.
- Vitality — straight HP. Take it on rings and amulets, not weapons.
- Crit chance — caps softly at ~30% early; do not over-stack.
5. Level up fast
The fastest XP loop in the early game is chained dungeon clears with a duo. Soloing is fine but the dynamic scaling rewards a 2-player party more generously per minute. Always pick up the daily bounty board in town before you leave — bounty XP stacks on top of normal kill XP.
6. Manage your inventory
Vendor or salvage blue and below gear unless you specifically need the stats. Save bag space for crafting materials — the auto-loot of mats is more valuable than green drops.
7. Common new-player mistakes
- Sticking to one weapon — you lose half the build options Farever offers.
- Skipping side quests — they unlock fast-travel waypoints you will revisit constantly.
- Ignoring food buffs — a basic stamina meal is +20% effective HP in tough fights.
- Pushing into the Valley of the Eternal Autumn before level 12 — it is significantly harder than Skyover.
