Major content patch ≈ every 4 weeks. Hotfixes (balance / crash) typically Tuesday. Server-side tweaks can ship without a client update.
Reading tips
Watch for "loot table" and "scaling" sections — those impact the meta most. Class-talent reworks often reset some respec costs to zero for a week.
