Farever Gear Upgrades
Gear in Farever can be upgraded via the Blacksmith profession and inscribed with runes by the Scholar. Hitting tier 3+ is the difference between Skyover and Autumn-ready gear.
Tier system
Gear has 5 base tiers. Tiers 1–2 are vendor / early drops; tier 3 needs a Blacksmith level 3+ and ore from Autumn; tier 4–5 needs purple/gold mats.
Runes
Scholar inscribes runes that add stats. Most weapons have 2 rune slots at tier 3, 3 slots at tier 5.
Don't waste mats
Never tier up a green weapon past 2. Save rare ores for blue+ drops.
